1.- Buying process
To make a purchase in www.maisor.com you need to register by completing a simple process.
2.- Products’ supply and price references
MAISOR Kontserbak, S.L. reserves the right to remove, replace or change the products offered to the clients through their websites, only by changing its contents.
In compliance with the regulations in force, no alcohol shall be sold to underage users on this website.
Each product has its price marked and it includes the VTA or any other tax that needs to be applied. The prices marked in the screen are the ones in force.
4.- Shipment costs
Each order has its own shipment price and they will be included to the final price of the products purchased by the client. Before making the payment, the client will be informed in its purchase’s summary which are the shipment costs. Purchases made in Spain that are higher than 200 euros (without shipment costs) will be shipped for free.
MAISOR Kontserbak, S.L. updates the stock regularly but the product ordered by the client might be sold out. In that case, MAISOR Kontserbak, S.L. will send an e-mail to the client informing that the order cannot be processed.
6.- Order delivery
International purchases are delivered only within the European Union. The delivery time will take between 3 and 6 days depending on the country.
7.- Method of payment
Purchased made through www.maisor.com can be paid by PayPal, Credit Card (through PayPal’s paymet gateway) or bank transfer. If you want to pay by a bank transfer, you need to send the receipt as soon as possible to MAISOR Kontserbak, S.L. by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to +34 943140993. If we do not receive the receipt within 3 days the purchase will not be delivered.
8.- Refund policy
MAISOR Kontserbak, S.L. will accept the refund of a product within 7 working days from the day of reception. Once we receive the product and we confirm the product is in the same conditions as sent and the original packaging we will make the refund. Before returning the product get in touch with us by e-mail to email@example.com so we can indicate you how to ship the product. If the article is defective or is not the one you ordered MAISOR Kontserbak, S.L. will pay the expenses of returning the product and the new shipment.
