Tasting note: It is a wine of cherry red color and bright appearance, with purple edges. Very covered. On the nose it is expressed with aromas of forest fruits (blackberry, raspberry) and floral tones, with a touch of licorice. Very aromatic. In the mouth it is broad and powerful, fleshy; Well-balanced mid-palate, with a fruity sensation. Pleasant finish, with a soft bitterness that lengthens the drink. The hints of red fruits in the retronasal give it a refreshing and lively tone that invites you to drink.
Pairing: Red meats, game, roasts, rice, mushrooms, blue fish and cured cheeses.
Service temperature: 10ºC a 12ºC.
