Description
BORDATTO
Pascale and Bixintxo Aphaule created Bordatto in the low Navarrese town of Jatsu in 2001 with the intention of staying to live in their region but also with the aim of helping their region to live.
They believe that the only way for this to happen is from respect for its inhabitants, its land and its culture, and that is why they have opted for peasant and ecological agriculture from the beginning.
They have one hectare of Bordeaux beltza or tannat and two hectares of marselan for the production of natural wines, in addition to almost 3.5 hectares
apple trees for the production of cider and apple wines.
