Tasty and nutritious dehydrated octopus soup, to be enjoyed on its own or used as a base for fish paellas, ramen, etc. Highly recommended for athletes, as it is rich in carbohydrates and proteins. Notice! Do not be scared by the smell when preparing it! The taste is much milder than the aroma.

This soup is made by our neighbor in the port, Manuela Jauregi. A family dedicated to fishing in the port of Getaria, with a boat specialized in shellfish and octopus, being the only one that currently develops this activity in the waters interiors of the Basque Country. After 7 years of tests and research, they have developed an innovative product from the dehydration of the octopuses caught by themselves, to create a soup that includes a mixture of vegetables selected from our region of Urola Kosta.

Al cocinarla huele horrorosamente, al comerla no sabe a pulpo ni a nada reconocible. Nada gustosa.
