Vineyards of the Hondarribi zuri variety grown at an altitude of 300 m, on slate and granite soil, in the town of Aia, in Guipúzcoa.

Young, expressive and powerful wine, characteristics that do not prevent it from maintaining its freshness. On the palate it is unctuous and with a persistent finish.

Ideal to accompany a wide range of dishes: from shellfish and fish (anchovies, white tuna, turbot…), sushi, foie, to white and red meats.
