Anchovies in vinegar

Delicious Cantabrian anchovy fillets marinated in vinegar and preserved in sunflower oil, also know as “boqueron”.

A product elaborated in our workshop located in Getaria’s port, with spring season anchovies. Being only a few steps away from the fish market allows us to work with extremely fresh products, which can be appreciated in the unique whiteness and texture of the anchovies.

As the anchovies marinated in vinegar are a semi-preserved product they need to be stored between 2 and 6 Celsius degrees.
