Description
Adur Txakolina, is a txakoli fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, between 12-14ºC, and in total absence of oxygen, in order to avoid oxidations and loss of aromas, and to express the Hondarribi Zuri variety to the maximum.
It has an aging on its own lees for four months. Very fresh and aromatic.
