Description
This txakoli has been made from a selection of Hondarribi Zuri grapes from the oldest vineyards. The drained and fermented musts at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks are subjected to a 6 month aging on lees.
Obtaining a txakoli with intense aromas; pineapple and tropical fruits, balanced structure and a large volume in the mouth.
Limited harvest.
