Vineyards of the Hondarribi zuri variety cultivated at 300 m altitude, on slate and granite soil, in the town of Aia, in Guipúzcoa.

The result of a year of exceptional weather that allowed the grapes to be left in the vineyard until the end of December, this sweet white wine with very limited production is the new jewel of Karlos Arguiñano’s winery. Conceived to be made only from the best vintages, it combines roundness and volume in the mouth with the freshness and Atlantic character typical of great txakolis.

Ideal to accompany with desserts, strong and spicy cheeses or appetizers with foie gras.
